The results of the study were concluded when people who received strokes where asked about the food they had withing 24 hours of receiving the stoke and there lifestyle was studied. It was also found that fish oil doesn't reduce the risk of the stroke directly. However it improves the cardiovascular condition of a person, thus indirectly reducing the risk of stroke.
